The Bialetti Moka Epress makes the most amazing espresso. I wanted to get a cappuccino machine but ended up with this because of all the rave reviews and the price (uder $30!). I make a vanilla cappuccino just about every morning now! Soo good.
I shouldn’t have made this rosemary olive oil cake with chocolate. Travis isn’t into sweets like I am. So I basically ate this entire thing by myself. Luckily my mom helped some! By the way, it goes perfectly paired with the next picture below.
I got a milk frother to make that above picture possible.
I love that my daughter enjoys food so much. It’s been fun introducing her to new things. Edamame are a current fav!

That cappuccino looks amazing. I am currently dairy free, so I am a little jealous. I think I will try out the espresso maker, I have been gifted two different espresso machines with a frother and coffee pot attached, but they haven’t been great. Thanks for the recommendation!
